The real estate portfolio under management comprises of more than 200 properties with rentable area of around 1 million square meters, with focus on office, residential, retail and hospitality properties.
The widely diversified portfolio is mainly located in Austria's capital Vienna as well as in CEE core markets: Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary, Poland and Romania.
The assets vary from core and core+ properties ranging from historical "Gründerzeit" buildings to modern offices and hotel properties.
